What Items Can Be Returned?

We accept returns on most products within 30 days of delivery. To qualify for a return:

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • Items must be in the same condition that you received them.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is required.
  • For health and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on opened tissue paper or sanitary products unless they are defective.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Sale or clearance items
  • Customized or personalized orders
  • Items marked “final sale”

Defective or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, we’re here to help. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your orderwith the following:

  2. Clear photos of the item and the packaging

We will either offer a replacement, store credit, or a full refund depending on the nature of the issue. No additional return shipping is required for verified defective items.

Returning a product to BreatheEco is simple and straightforward. Just follow the steps below:

  2. Receive Instructions
    Our team will assess your request and send you return instructions, including the return address and any specific packaging guidelines.
  3. Send the Item
    Securely package the product and ship it back to the address provided. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
  4. Inspection and Processing
    Once received, we’ll inspect the item and notify you of the status of your return. If approved, a refund or store credit will be issued.

Who Pays for Return Shipping?

  • Customer-paid returns: If the return is due to change of mind, incorrect selection, or buyer’s remorse, you are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • BreatheEco-paid returns: If the product is defective, incorrect, or damaged upon arrival, we will cover return shipping or issue a refund without requiring a return.

Refunds and Store Credit

Once we receive your returned item, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. You will be notified via email once your refund is complete. Refunds are applied to your original method of payment.

If you prefer, you may request store credit instead of a refund, which can be used towards your next order on BreatheEco.


Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to swap a product, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 7 business days:

  • Double-check your bank account or credit card statement
